DEO PEPPERSACK

DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP, Owner

Deo Peppersack graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Montana State University in 1997. She then moved to Boise, Idaho where she worked as an oncology nurse, public health nursing and pain management nursing. She pursued her dream of becoming a Nurse practitioner in 2004 when she graduated from Gonzaga University with her Master's degree and certification in family practice. She returned to Gonzaga for her Post- Masters certification in psychiatric mental health in 2008. Deo graduated from Frontier School of Nursing in 2012 with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Deo's dream of owning her own practice that focused on the whole person came to reality in November 2008 when Acacia Wellness Center opened its doors.

Lynnette Khandaker

APRN, AGNP-BC

Lynnette Khandaker, AGNP graduated from Walden University in 2016. Lynnette is originally from Idaho but has traveled extensively. She has experience in aesthetics, substance abuse, weight loss and psychiatry. Lynette believes in individualizing patient care utilizing an integrative approach. She enjoys cooking , horses and staying active with her children and grandchildren.

Rebekah G. Fayette

APRN, CNM, PMHNP-BC, CNM -BC

Rebekah G. Fayette graduated with her Associate in Occupational Science in 2004 from Career Networks Institute in Costa Mesa, California. She was granted a certificate as a Holistic Health Practitioner and massage therapist. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the International University of Nursing, St. Kitts, West Indies, before transferring to Purdue University to finish her degree, stateside, in 2009. She graduated with her Master of Nursing from the University of Michigan in 2015, specializing in women's health and obstetrics as a Certified Nurse Midwife. She went on to pursue a Post Graduate Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in November of 2023.

"My philosophy of care is that every person has a different healthcare journey. Some are straightforward, while others have a more creative path. I strive to help individuals navigate through their healthcare concerns, creating a space to heal and grow."

Rebekah has a special interest in women's health, functional medicine, and global healthcare.

At Acacia Wellness Center We have Three Therapy Dogs on Staff

Poppy

Poppy is the newest addition to Acacia Wellness Center. She is 8 months old and keeping us all on our toes. She enjoys checking patients in with Alex and is doing well with her training.

Copper

Copper adopted Acacia Wellness Center in 2012 and has since become a beloved member of the family. He is known for his excellent hugs and high-fives. Copper enjoys working with clients from all ages and demographics.

Hope

Hope joined Acacia Wellness Center in 2020. Hope loves working with children and cheering people up who are experiencing gloomy days. She likes to give high -fives, get belly rubs and play with her stuffed animals.

Leonardo and Fergie

Leonardo and Fergie were Acacia's first therapy dogs. We said goodbye to them this past year. They brought much joy and comfort to not only the staff but to everyone they met. They will be missed.
